Protective styling has my heart, and I’m so passionate about continuing to grow and bring my clients the best results possible. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, no-show, or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment. In addition, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Late Policy:
Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your service. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
